I don't know how they are still in business with customer service this terrible.Busy Software standard edition is simple accounting software known today as one of the best small business accounting software. What a terrible experience, no explanation as to what is going on, no one could give me any information, and I didn't get any reply to my emails. No reply - it's been 5 days and 2 emails later I still haven't heard back. So I emailed the compliance department, doubting I would get a reply. I called customer service AGAIN and this time I was told that I needed to contact their compliance department, and the only way to do that was by email. Again I waited, and waited - no deposits. 5 emails later I found a phone number to call, and the customer service rep told me they were aware of the issue and would resend the 2 deposits. I inquired further, and they stopped replying. I contacted customer service by email and they wrote back a vague email about not being able to verify my account.

Then I waited, and waited, and the deposits never came. I received a confirmation email that everything was complete, and I just had to verify the 2 deposits in my bank account. I tried to sign up with Melio to process business payments, and went through the entire process of providing all my business information (enough to be very dangerous).
